I've got a set of Lunati 73949 valve springs that were on my heads. I replaced them with stronger springs, but they were checked before being replaced and they are "110 @ 1.68 and they vary from 258-305 at open @ .500 lift, most of them are at 260-265 open with the same closed pressures."
The Lunati specs say:
Seat Load, Height/Load 1.650"/120
Open Load, Height/Load 1.250"/265
Coil Bind 0.950"
Max Lift 0.640"
Rate 363
So it seems to me that they're pretty close to what they're supposed to be.
