uploading pictures

My computer skills are not the best and I am as sharp as a butter knife with the cutting edge tech, but I have uploaded pictures to other sites and have not had many problems doing so. Is there a trick to upload photos to an album? I tried earlier this week and one photo uploaded the rest from the same group of photos failed to upload. I deleted that one and tried again one at a time and they continue to fail. I know you can’t see from my end but is there a wild guess at what I am doing wrong? :confused:
