This looks like a very nice car, it's a shame another c has probably been used as a heart/sole transplant for a B,E, or A body. There is no engine, trans, driveshaft or title but in PA, you can get a reconstructed title for it.
If this were a hardtop or two door, I would be on my way to pick it up for the windshield but I don't have the time to part this out or the desire to spend money getting it on the road, I've already got a project...
