Motor is “IN”

Here is the motor in the car. Not wired or bolted down yet. I now need some help/advice on the elephant ear mounting tabs. The pass. one goes all the way over but the dr. one comes up an inch short. The frame rail is 3″ wide. I am making the tab 4″, I am going to weld the tab down and it will hang over an inch. I am going to use grade8 7/16 bolts. Will this be sufficient.

Here is the centerline(offset) pic. Does it look right?
