I'm about to install my LD340 back on to my 340.
Read on different sites that some block the crossover at the head and some at the intake. I would say 50/50.
My thinking....even with gaskets with blocked crossovers, wouldn't it be better to block it at the head, which is the source of the heat.
I was going to use some 1/8" aluminum with some red RTV, then the gasket.
Also, the blue raised section on the gasket...does it go against the head or intake.
