Identify Rear End

By

I have a 1955 Dodge C1 Truck that has been updated to a 340 with a 727 Torqueflite. I don’t know if the rear end is stock, and wondered if anyone could identify it from the pictures. It does not have any hook up for an emergency brake since the early transmissions had the brake on the drive shaft. I jacked up the truck and turned the rear wheel to see what the ratio was – it is a 4:10. Thanks for any information.
