My son and I built a high compression 383 last summer. using 14 cc dome pistons, 915 heads, .020 head gasket, Comp cams XE 274 HL. duration @.050 is 230/236int/ex 490 lift. (approx). Using 105 octane fuel. The Edelbrock/Carter 650 didn't work that well on this motor. So we switched to a 750 Holley V
TTI says that fabricated valve covers may hit on their headers. I have a set of 2" on my 68 Charger. Are there any Fabricated covers out there that clear? I have hughes roller rockers that need to clear too.

I don't have one and can't find the correct one. I have "jumped " where the relay would have plugged in. Works but the windows go slow, you hook 12 volts directly to the motors and they zip up fine. I saw a post from several years ago where someone was trying to use the common 5 pin ice cube relay.

Since I will be installing my motor soon I need to get some motor mounts. How much torque are the factory style mounts good for "1969 B Body RB". I'll likely be over 500 ft lbs, should I go with shumacher poly locs. I've seen the solid mounts to but don't like that idea for a street car. What have y
