2 questions

2 questions
1) does anyone have the span measurement of an OEM sway bar for a 71 charger?

I bought the addco front sway bar and it is not lining up with the factory brackets already on the K frame. In other words, Its not wide enough to make the span. Im wondering if the oem sway bar is wider and the addco bar is the incorrect application. Or are my brackets off?

2) the addco mounting hardware for the U-brackets that wrap around the sway bar, comes with metal spacers. They are supposed to gap the distance from where you mounted the U bracket down to the bar. But the spacers aren't enough to gap that distance.

has anyone had this issue and found a solution? Is there some sort of thicker rubber grommet i could use as a spacer? Would adding more spacers be unsafe?

thanks so much. God Bless

I am new to this game, so what I need is some advice of how to start the search to find this car.

Have any of you tried contacting Keisler Eng lately? I ordered a Perfect Fit RS500 5 speed kit w/ a hyd clutch upgrade back on Oct 7th 2011. The estimated ship date was 3 months at the time of purchase. I've called/voice mailed several times with no luck. Even tried emailing Chris. So far, I think their customer service is questionable. You would think that their CS would be more responsive considering I spent over $3500 on their product, or at least put in some effort to keep their customers informed. Who is our Keisler Eng rep on this site?

Thx,
The '65 has a hemi and SS springs, and no other traction device planned. I have generally thought that a pinion snubber was required on a leaf spring mopar, but is it really?

I went to the junkyard on Monday, and pulled the bumperettes off a 73 Satellite Sebring. The front ones have a single mounting post, but the rear ones had two posts. The rear bumper on my Roadrunner has holes for a single post.

Both the front and rear bumperettes are chrome and rubber, but I've seen 73 Roadrunners with just rubber on the back. Should the front be rubber and chrome and the rear just rubber? Do the plain rubber bumperettes have just a single post?

I work for Sprint and this was on our company web site this morning. I just wanted to spread the word.

The Super Bowl is over, but fraudsters are still preying on our love for the game of football. A fake version of Madden NFL 12 application (app) for Android is spreading across the Internet, leaving unsuspecting fans with some major penalties.
Symantec reported that the malicious smart phone app installs a Trojan on users' devices that automatically sends unauthorized text messages to premium-rate numbers in Belgium, Switzerland, Sierra Leone and Romania, among other destinations, running up the victims' phone bills without their knowledge.

Once the app is off and running, "it has full control of the device," Symantec said in a blog post, and is able to root the phone, meaning it can attain administrative access to the phone or even completely wipe the phone's operating system.

The hard-hitting action doesn't stop there: The Trojan hiding in the malicious Madden app, in addition to running up victims' phone bills, (and blocking them from seeing that there phone has sent any of these premium-rate texts) also attempts to connect to a remote server, which can then feed it more nasty commands to execute.

How it works

Consumer installs fake version of Madden NFL 12 (5 MB).

Once app is installed, nothing happens ... no game appears on your device, but your phone is now infected with the Trojan.

This Trojan includes code that allows it to send and receive SMS or text messages.

The Trojan determines which country your device is located in and then sends a text to the premium rate number corresponding to the country where the device is located.

How to protect yourself
To protect yourself from Trojans like this one, make sure you only download apps from Android's official App Market, and read the user reviews and comments before doing so. Also, make sure you run anti-virus software on your smart phone. Symantec offers tips on how to detect malicious apps before they infect your mobile device.

I bought a new dash cap thats here and im getting ready to put in, I bought a cover for the dash thinking i wouldn't be buying anything now to cover a couple cracks... Selling for 25 dollars shipped in the lower 48 states... Bought from Year One + there miserable shipping charges.. If you want to get rid of looking at any cracks and don't want to buy a new pad just yet, this looks good. new, had in my car a couple months, and the car sits in, not faded or anything... I think it will fit Chargers around the same year, not sure..
