Carb and CFM selection
BySo i am doing a 440 rebuild and expecting to be around 550 ft-lbs. I did a quick volumetric calculation for 446 CI at a red line of 6250 assuming 85% volumetric efficiency. 100% put me right at 805 CFM and 85% puts me at 685 CFM. I was thinking about going with the 800 TQ, but figured somebody might have some information as to a good carb selection and CFM requirement.
