Is there a source or p/n for either Mopar or aftermarket fuel tank filler neck grommet for a '79 2dr Volare ?

found an '80 volare/aspen ( can't tell no badging, no vin) in the local bone yard, just need to know if the '80 hood will fit and work for my '79 2dr, also are the trunk lids the same ?

also found a HOLY SHIZ rusted out doba, big block/ 727 4bbl car with sport mirrors,body is beyond a lost cause, suspension too, need to know if any one needs sport mirrors or BB parts ASAP !! I need a set of heads for my 400BB, and need to know if $85+tax is worth it for a set of heads ?

i'll be welding up a turbo header, sub frame connectors, "general body repair" ie rusted out rocker panels, front safe-t caps for the front subframe rails, etc.... and was wonder waht is a good fairly cheap welder, I can score a clarke welder ( not sure which one, but i'm betting from the description its a clarke 180EN, waiting for an e-mail back from the guy) for dirt cheap, waht about the chicago electric (yes the ones that harbor freight sells) are they any good ? any one have first hand experience with either Clarke or Chicago Electric ?
