What diameter or 15″ tire size are you lowered c- body guys running? I’m going to be lowering my ’65 New Yorker w/side skirts.

Going to buy new tires first, and want the new ones to still fit after lowering.

I’m looking at 225/70-15

I am wanting to rebuild and replace everything new on my drum brake system on my ’65 new Yorker, except the drums themselves.

New springs, shoes, cylinders, etc.

I am hearing alot of aftermarket is junk replacement for soooo many different parts of these old molars, and guessing the same is true for the brake system.

Any recomendations on brands, kits or places to order everything I need without skimping on quality or safety?

I know it’s a long shot….but anyone have a single cap/spinner for these Luxors??

Or a complete set that differ but will fit?

Wondering if I can swap out this single res to a dual res master cylinder- drums all around, while keeping the original booster?

And if I can, which one is suggested?

Looking for some covers (cheaper the better) to cover these seats. I plan on finding/buying drivers side replacement seats, but not now….looking for covers in the mean time….
