Overhead console plug/wiring

Can anyone offer what each pin on the plug corresponds to in regards to the overhead console on the 89 5th Avenue? See pic for referral.

No power at Dome Light

’89 Fifth Ave. all the door courtesy lights work fine-Dome Light does not work-registers no power – took it down from the roof and saw that there is a loose wire(?) Looks like it should have a male plugin

AC vent action

’89 5th Ave. Has cold air, however the passenger side vents do not blow as strong as the drivers side-all vacuum lines look to be good and the actuators are moving when the different buttons are depressed on the head unit – any thing specific to look for?
I know the comment about cold air is off topic in Jan., however I am in Fla.-83F today!
(and the heat works also!)
