1966 to 1967 C-bodies for parts/repair

1973 New Yorker Brougham – $1500?
Mother drove this car for years but was parked for radiator and gas tank leak. Repaired radiator never got reinstalled and car sat outside on dirt for 10+yrs. Rear quarters and rockers are poor, and it seems water got into the interior. Engine starts and runs well on a bottle but didn’t try the tranny etc. Haven’t checked for rust on the underside but can’t be good. Nose is very clean as is the rear bumper and tail lights.
