Initial carburetor setup

Hey all

I recently took the carb (Holley 4150 750 CFM) off my 440 Cuda because it needs to be rebuilt. I bought the carburetor probably 35 years ago and it sat new in box all that time. Lately, it sat with ethanol gas in it and being used from time to time and now the float valves won’t seal.
I figure most all of the perishable rubber parts are sketchy at best and rather than just replacing the float valves, it would be smarter to go through the whole thing and start fresh.

Hey all

Does anyone here happen to know if the seat belt mounting holes in an E body floor pan have 7/16-20 weld nuts in he holes?
Or are they threaded in another manner? Or just through holes?
