need help setting my roller rockers for first time on steel j head hydrolic lifter

Im looking to trade sbp front disc brakes off my 72 dart. Spindles, calipers, rotors upper control arm everything. Looking to get bbp front discs off a 73 or newer same list of parts.

I have a 63 Valiant wagon V200 and I’m looking to upgrade from the 13″ rims. Would like 14″ SBP rims. I’m in the Bay Area of Calif. so I’m looking for someone more local then what I’m seeing in the Tire/rim classified ads. Will need four rims. Tires and rims would also work if they don’t have to be shipped.

I picked up a 4 barrel single snorkle air cleaner from the local pick n pull that came off of a small block Cordoba. I plan to modify this guy to remove the snorkle & shoot it wrinkle black & use it in conjunction with Mopar wrinkle black valve covers as the chrome piece I have on there now just screams “Not a Mopar”. However, it seems significantly wider than the stock 2 barrel cleaner that came on my ’73 318 (it may be the same since the original 2bbl cleaner is long gone). I’m wondering if…

im just put new 1.6 crane gold roller rockers on my steel j heads there on hydrolic lifters any advise to tighten not to pop a piston
