97 Chrysler Cirrus igniton problem?

By
I have a 1997 Chrysler Cirrus that won’t start. It ran fine all day long. I went out to start it and several things aren’t working. I have headlights, interior lights, panel lights, only the BRAKE indicator, and the door ding. I don’t have radio, any other panel indicators, and nothing on accessory ignition position. When I try to start it, I don’t get any clicks. I don’t hear the fuel pump start up when I turn the key either. I also found the Fuse 8 under the hood was blown. I replaced it with another 20A. Everything was good till I turned the key and it blew. Is it a starter issue, ignition switch, or something else?
