8 3/4 rear end
Byover the winter i went through my rear end and axles. i asked for advice on this web site and just wanted to thank everybody for there knowledge and advice and help on my questions. so i figured i would let everybody know the results. just to recap i installed new bearings and seals in rearend i was going to replace the ring and pinion gears but they were in good shape. this was the first time i ever set up a rear end, and it wasnt that bad. i have a 489 case posi with 3.23 gears. i also replaced axle bearings and seals. took the car out yesterday and it was good. again thanx guys
