Not sure if 1966 is the same, 2bbl Air Cleaner from my
1964 California build Valiant 273 2bbl.
This has the hose nipple off the side for the emissions
shtuff, that was started in Calif. in 1964.
It is the type that clamps to the outside of the carb,
and can be hard to find. ;)
