Here is an ORIGINAL Mopar 1970 F440 HP engine assembly. This engine is about 95% complete and includes the original assembled parts from the factory. This was not pieced together using like components. These are the born with parts. Included is everything shown in the photos. The engine was disassembled some time ago. Main components are loosely assembled on a pallet for shipping. The engine is standard bore. It will need to be cleaned and likely bored to .030 oversize. There is some surface rust on the inside of the bores. The piston rod assemblies are the correct 6 pack style heavy rods. Two of the rod caps are missing. The cylinder head assemblies are complete with valve train components still in place. The correct main caps, crank balancer, timing chain cover, valve covers, engine mounts & water pump are also included. Items known missing are: distributor, carb, camshaft & timing chain set. There is a bag full of bolts and additional hardware that were removed from the engine. I believe most fasteners are included however there are certainly some missing. This engine will be perfect to rebuild for your prized original 1970 Mopar muscle car. I was gong to use it for one of my projects but have since found a much closer date code matching engine assembly to use. Therfore this one is for sale.

This assembly should be correct for the following models with 440-4 or 440 6 pack engines: Satellite, Road Runner, GTX, , Challenger, Cuda, Charger, Super Bee, Coronet, Coronet R/T and possiby other models.
